Door County (non-profit and start-up business) logo pricing:

A professional-looking, carefully-designed logo is essential for brand development and business success. In these economically hard times, starting and operating a viable business in Door County is harder than ever. So Octane has determined a Door County-only logo price in an effort to help non-profits and start-up businesses* succeed at minimal cost. Note that this price is less than what I charged in 1975. (see samples of my door county design below)

$500 package includes:
An initial meeting at Octane Creative to discuss your needs.
Four to six initial design approaches to your logo solution (online delivery).
Tweaking of the final logo based on one of those designs.** (online delivery)
A CD with your logo in several file formats :
Vector-based (Illustrator) black and white - needed for vinyl signage
A PDF of a color version and grayscale version
A web-ready JPG in both color and grayscale/black and white versions.

Business card, letterhead, envelope and collateral design will be created quickly and inexpensively based on our hourly design rate. Print brokerage services are available as a convenience to our customers.

$200 downpayment at first meeting is required and will represent a kill-fee if a desired logo is not produced.
The $300 balance is due upon delivery of the CD with final art files.

* Non-profits and start-up businesses only please. A start-up business may be less than two years old. New and updated ogos for other businesses start at $1400 and include all of the above.

**If the first round doesn't present a desirable approach, a second round of designs will be presented and billed hourly. This rarely happens. Most clients see what they would like in the first round.
