Finally in 1921, the two men, both
suffering from severe mental and
physical exhaustion, called the
Truss Truce and went into partnership
forming the Truss Truce Trust.
Legally consumating the Truss
Truce Trust deal was the marriage
of Shank's daughter, Ema Shank to
Atrick's son, Jerry Atrick.
